Talascend is currently seeking a Site Manager for a contract opportunity with our client in El Paso, Texas.
Overview
The main function of a Site Manager is to coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping. The Site Manager is responsible for all policies and procedures related to facility safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors as needed for successful building operations.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and site inspections.
- Respond positively and promptly to requests from client and occupants.
- Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years related experience required.
- Need manufacturing experience.
- Familiar with CMMS.
- Familiar with quality, leading hard services and soft services.
- Bilingual in Spanish a very nice to have.
- Familiar with building systems, documentation, and administration.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Shift
First shift, expected hours are 7am-4pm with an hour lunch.
