IT Business Systems Analyst

You`ll join a collaborative Finance & IT organization that partners closely with Operations, Marketing, and Procurement to drive smarter business insights, streamline processes, and support large-scale system implementations.

LOCATION:
- Charlotte, NC (South Charlotte) - Onsite 5 days per week with up to 10% travel.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and Snowflake-based reports to deliver clear business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, leading data hygiene initiatives across multiple departments.
- Partner cross-functionally to define requirements, implement new systems, and integrate tools such as CRM and marketing platforms.
- Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live activities for enterprise applications.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications; support documentation and training.
- Conduct quality assurance testing, validate new features, and communicate changes through proper governance channels.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business teams, providing ongoing support, user training, and vendor coordination.
HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:
- Bachelor`s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT or business systems analysis, preferably in retail, automotive, or franchise support environments.
- Proven expertise in Tableau (dashboard development) and Snowflake (SQL query optimization).
- Experience supporting system implementation, integration, and data migration initiatives.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and process documentation.
- Understanding of integration mapping (XML, JSON, ODBC/JDBC, flat file formats).
- Familiarity with API architectures (REST/SOAP) and data transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2).
- Preferred exposure to NetSuite, Salesforce, Celigo, or Fivetran.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
