- Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
- Drive Team Member engagement and embrace change within the restaurant.
- Lead with both empathy and strategic thinking.
- Maximize business performance by managing costs effectively.
- Implement operational systems like Manager Timelines and quality Line Checks.
- Recruit, train, and develop Team Members for career growth.
- Enhance Guest engagement within the restaurant and nurture community relationships.
- Adhere to safe food handling procedures.
- Champion and embody Chili's Culture: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.
