Required Skills

  • 10+ year's relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, processes, architectures, protocols, patterns, and technologies
  • Extensive experience with market and reference data in the context of capital markets or investment management ((MUST))
  • Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight
  • Understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, data quality management and data governance principles
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions
  • Provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices and help organization implement MDM Solutions
  • Responsible for Analyzing Master Data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business process and decision-making
  • Experience with 'Fund Distribution' ((MUST))
