Are numbers your thing? We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant for a wonderful client in Smyrna, TN. A qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of accounting experience, and a degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a big plus. salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

  • Post customer AR and reconcile daily
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and make GL entries
  • Process refunds, collections and charge-offs
  • Prepare monthly statements
  • Assist with payables
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
  • Assist with audits
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Excel


The essential functions of this role include:
