Our client, a leading healthcare outreach organization, is seeking a Bilingual CSR1-Outreach Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual CSR1-Outreach Representative, you will be part of the Field Operations Department. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and a passion for community engagement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual CSR1-Outreach Representative (Eng/Spanish)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay Range: $20.00/hour

What's the Job?
  • Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment presentations to beneficiaries.
  • Assist individuals with enrollment/disenrollment in managed care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and transmit data per policy.
  • Support community events and health fairs to promote program awareness.
  • Collaborate with county staff and community groups to ensure program success.
What's Needed?
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance (mileage reimbursed).
  • Ability to travel to various outreach sites as assigned.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in customer service or community outreach preferred.
