- Present and sell needed products, and or, services to the customer in a professional manner while adhering to the manufacturer's published maintenance schedule and requirements
- Build rapport with the customer to promote customer satisfaction and customer retention
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information
- Advise customers on the care and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications
- Generate and provide customer with a complete and accurate estimate of repair
- Establish and communicate completion time of repair with customer and technician
- Follow prescribed procedures for customer post follow-up
- Have the ability to be an active listener and effectively communicate
- Must possess a valid Florida driver's license
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Service advisor with General Motors experience a bonus
- CDK experience is also helpful
- Absolute honesty and integrity
- A clean, well-groomed and professional appearance
- An upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
- A strong, reliable and punctual work ethic
- Possess a sense of urgency
- Willingness and ability to learn proven processes
