- Enhance candidate engagement and retention by maintaining a high-touch approach, to ensure timely responses to candidates within 3 business days of the entire application process.
- Responsible for the sourcing talent and recruitment process for open positions with a focus on the company's operational needs.
- Coordinate screening & interviews, create candidate profiles and assist in streamlining recruitment and onboarding procedures.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, from offer letters to initial orientations to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Additional duties as assigned
- 2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment or a related area.
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices for recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with all teams.
- Ability to travel to sites for possible new hire orientations.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organization skills
- Ability to work with excel, google sheets, google docs, etc.
