Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction
We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager with hands-on experience across a range of commercial construction projects-from tenant improvements to ground-up builds.
What You’ll Do:
- Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and documentation
- Track project progress and assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- 2+ years in commercial construction (varied project types preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficient in project management software and construction documentation
- Eager to grow into a larger role
- Work with an experienced, collaborative team
- Diverse, steady pipeline of projects
- Strong company culture and long-term career growth
