About the Facility:
Join a respected, skilled nursing facility in Fairfax, known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed-whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $40 - 50/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)
- Full-Time Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and more
- Continuing education support
- Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
✓ Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current VA License (or eligible to obtain)
- New grads and experienced PTs welcome
- Strong communication and time management skills
