Position Overview

CFR is seeking a licensed, therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist) for a part-time hybrid therapy position in Blue Bell, PA.

This role is ideal for clinicians with an existing client caseload or an active referral network who want the advantages of a collaborative, professionally enriching environment-without the administrative burdens of running a private practice.

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using a culturally informed, evidence-based approach

Required Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania license: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
  • Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience
  • Existing client caseload OR established referral network
  • Strong skills in treating individuals, couples, and families
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and culturally responsive care
