COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Orthopedic Surgeon
- Excellent base salary of $575,000 with additional production incentives. Base salary is guaranteed.
- Attractive sign-on bonus of $100,000.
- Generous relocation assistance of up to $25,000.
- $500 paid call, with physicians taking second call behind mid-level providers.
- Enjoy 6 weeks of paid time off plus 7 paid holidays annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS
- Join a well-established team in a hospital-employed setting.
- Work within a 133-bed hospital with a collaborative environment.
- Become part of a group consisting of 2 orthopedic surgeons.
- Shared call schedule of 1:3 ensures a balanced workload.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Must be Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons.
- Open to J1 visa sponsorship.
- A collegial attitude, team player, and able to work well within a team setting.
- North Carolina state license or ability to obtain one is required.
