Your Responsibilities:

As a CNA, you will provide essential support to our residents, enhancing their daily lives while respecting their dignity and individuality. Your tasks will include:

  • Delivering exceptional care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) and personal hygiene.
  • Responding promptly and compassionately to resident call lights.
  • Monitoring and supporting dietary needs by understanding resident preferences and restrictions.
  • Recording vital signs as required.
  • Alerting nursing staff to any changes in resident conditions swiftly.

Qualifications:

  • Current CNA Certificate.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to exceeding resident expectations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
  • A genuine passion for working with seniors.
