This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA ready to make a meaningful impact and lead our exceptional team of clinicians with passion and purpose.

Achievements ABA Therapy is expanding across North Carolina - and we're looking for a passionate, experienced Regional Director to lead our growing Charlotte team

As Regional Director, you'll:

Oversee clinical operations in the Charlotte region

Support and collaborate with BCBAs to ensure high-quality care

Conduct mid-authorization reviews and maintain clinical excellence

Foster team morale and a supportive, connected culture

Partner with leadership to help families across NC reach new milestones

We're seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a heart for supporting both clients and clinicians.
