Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Surety Bonds Underwriting Manager to join a team. This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days per week in the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess risk and make informed underwriting decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the underwriting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in contract surety bond underwriting, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex financial and credit information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
