Compensation Range: $120-135K
Job Description:
Lead a team delivering commercial energy efficiency programs, driving sustainability and customer energy savings across medium and large business sectors.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 5 Energy Efficiency Consultants
- Manage C&I energy efficiency program implementation
- Oversee equipment procurement and vendor/contractor coordination
- Conduct or support inspections and validate program compliance
- Support energy analysis for HVAC, lighting, controls, and building systems
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and support marketing efforts
- Assist in evaluating new energy-saving technologies
- Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic input to improve program impact
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 7 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Experience with commercial/industrial energy efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Experience in utilities or energy efficiency programs
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Utility experience
- Advanced degree or certifications in energy efficiency
- Prior work supporting commercial energy programs in a leadership role
