HVAC/Controls Project Manager

Our client, a highly reputable local mechanical company, is actively seeking a skilled HVAC/Controls Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

This company specializes in commercial/industrial design-build and controls, working on exciting projects like data centers, retail spaces, offices, schools, and more.

Position Overview:
This role offers a unique opportunity for a professional with a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record in managing HVAC Controls and building automation systems projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage HVAC Controls projects from inception to completion.
  • Utilize expertise in mechanical systems, installation, and building automation controls to ensure project success.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams for effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, coworkers, and project managers to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and uphold a strong work ethic.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance on all projects.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC/Controls project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC products, building automation systems, and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers.
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Analytical and logical thinking with precision in detailed work.
  • Stable background/work history.
