Position - Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Job Location - New Berlin, WI
Starting Date - Immediate
Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type - Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) - 8:00 A.M-5:00 P.M
Starting Pay - Based on Experience

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED preferred
Required Experience - Experience in shipping/receiving
Job Summary
As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, receiving incoming materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting production with material flow.
Responsibilities
- Prepare orders for freight, parcel, and express shipments following proper procedures.
- Coordinate imports/exports, track shipments, and update shipping schedules.
- Accurately package, label, and identify outgoing orders by quantity, size, and part number.
- Assist with assembly, labeling, and basic production tasks when needed.
- Receive incoming materials; verify accuracy against purchase orders and receiving slips.
- Address shipping and receiving questions with internal teams and customers.
- Experience creating bills of lading and packing lists.
- 1+ years of forklift experience is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for the entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for verifying counts and documents.
- Positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn.
