Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Associate Planner for an exciting opportunity in San Marcos, California. This role is integral to a 6-9-month project that involves transitioning to a new operating system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills and a high attention to detail, with proficiency in ERP systems such as Macola ES. This position offers a dynamic work environment where adaptability and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities

  • Working on a 6-9-month project transitioning to a new operating system.
  • Performing heavy data entry with a high attention to detail using ERP, Macola ES.
  • Involvement in manufacturing/production planning with APICS is a plus but not required.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Smart Sheets.
  • Releasing orders and identifying shortages.
  • Exhibiting a positive, flexible personality and reporting to work every day ready to contribute.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable as things are ever-changing.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience as a planner
  • Certifications required are APICS.
  • Education requirement is an AA degree.
Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, during the first shift.
Benefits

This position offers competitive pay, with a range of $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.
