About the job Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist - Northridge, CA

Alliance for Wellness is a well-established physician founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving the Southern since 2010.

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child or Adult Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our San Fernando Valley partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-patient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
  • Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR.
  • Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.
  • Equipped to manage all aspects of Psychiatric care consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, etc.
Position Details and Qualifications:
  • Will support Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, CA.
  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child or Adult Psychiatrist.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM and must be at the hospital for a minimum of 5 hours) and at least 1 weekend a month.
  • Open to Full-Time or Part-Time.
  • Will see around 12-15 patients.
  • Salary is at $350K annually for Full-Time. Part-time work will be paid hourly.
  • 1099 Independent Contractor.
  • Opportunity for Research is also available.
