Position Overview

A premier oral & maxillofacial surgery group is seeking a skilled Locum Tenens Oral Surgeon to support immediate high-volume demand across its Denver metro offices. The practice currently carries a $200k/month revenue gap-creating a rare opportunity for a motivated surgeon to step into a fully optimized clinical environment with immediate cases, high production, and top-tier support.

This role offers 4 days per week, rotating across three locations, serving a steady flow of 8-12 patients per day with full autonomy and an advanced digital workflow.

  • Support Staff:
    • 1 DAANCE-certified surgical assistant
    • 4 Dental Assistants
    • 4 Patient Care Ambassadors
    • 1 Clinical Manager (DAANCE)
    • 1 Clinical Lead (DAANCE)
    • 1 Patient Concierge (DAANCE)
    • 2 Practice Managers
Schedule & Locations
  • 4 days/week preferred
  • Rotation across 3 offices

Compensation Information:
$400000.00 / annually - $1000000.00 / annuallyDetails:
$400K guarantee or 35% Production which ever is greater
