Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee corporate accounting activities, including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, audit reviews, consolidation, and preparation of internal reporting packages.
  • Analyze and interpret accounting standards to ensure compliance with GAAP and support the development of internal policies.
  • Monitor internal controls, assist in addressing new accounting regulations, and lead various special projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with different Accounting teams and serve as a trusted resource to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain a broad perspective while actively engaging in hands-on tasks like journal entries, reconciliations, and audit schedules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation is highly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and positively influence team members.
