Outpatient Physical Therapist - Urgently Hiring

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our expanding practice. This role focuses on 100% outpatient care, where you will provide exemplary treatment to both established and new patients. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers in a team-oriented environment.

Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, addressing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests. Additionally, you will supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and communicate effectively with other providers to ensure the highest level of patient care. This position will involve both telemedicine and in-office therapy sessions.

Duties Include:

  • Conducting thorough patient evaluations
  • Treating a diverse array of musculoskeletal issues
  • Ordering and interpreting necessary diagnostic tests
  • Guiding therapeutic exercises both via telemedicine and in-office sessions
  • Supervising PTAs and assisting in their development
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
  • Delivering outstanding patient care collaboratively with the healthcare team
  • Regularly re-evaluating patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • National PT Board Certification
  • Active Physical Therapy license in Florida

Schedule:

  • Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 plus bonus compensation
