IT Asset Management Support

Job Summary:
- With general supervision, the IT Asset Management Support I is responsible for the physical delivery of IT hardware throughout the organization.
- Could require candidate to assist with shipping & receiving, distributing, tracking, and reconciling POs or service requests, for all IT asset hardware.
- Candidate will assist with data disposition and follow all NERC/CIP regulatory requirements for hardware asset management.
- Candidate will be responsible for transporting (in an Client vehicle) and delivering goods and/or items to clients or business in a safe, timely manner
- Examining and/or reviewing orders before and after delivery to make sure that orders are complete.
- Helping with the loading and unloading of materials from the delivery vehicle.
- Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with **** employees and contractors by answering any questions they may have.
- Rescheduling deliveries with customers if they are unable to receive them.
- Giving customers information about delivery schedules.
- Completing and submitting logs and reports as needed.
- Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Requires no less than a High School Diploma+ 2 years experience preferred.
- Ability to lift/move /carry between 10-50 pounds if required and perform the other essential job functions.
- Prior delivery/driving experience is preferred.
- This is an on-site position. Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Some OT is available.
- Candidate will be required to obtain their own parking for this location
MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM THE PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION WHICH INCLUDES LIFTING OBJECTS THAT WEIGH UP TO 50 LBS. on a CONSISTENT BASIS.
