Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) position in Oregon, requiring an active OR RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities
  • Position works in a hospital-based LDRP unit
  • Provides care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn patients in a family-centered setting
  • Day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM with every other weekend required
  • All sites are trained in GYN surgical care
  • Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, medically safe, and family-focused environment
  • Facility follows strict adherence to required certifications and skills for candidate consideration
  • Candidates must comply with hospital standards and protocols
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of application
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
  • Basic fetal monitoring skills required
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and STABLE certifications preferred
  • Perinatal experience preferred; willing to train qualified RNs with perinatal experience
