Job Title: Associate Data Architect II
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Description:
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple systems and large datasets.
  • Perform data mapping and transformation between source and target systems to ensure accurate and consistent data flow.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ETL and reporting solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Microsoft technologies including SSIS, SSRS, and Visual Studio to support data integration and reporting needs.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude, working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain data warehousing solutions, applying best practices for architecture, modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Create and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to business users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery across systems.
  • Document ETL processes, data flows, and system configurations, maintaining clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, collaborating closely with testers and other data engineers to resolve issues and provide fixes.
  • Ensure all development and deliverables comply with healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA) and support audit and compliance requirements.
Skills:
  • 6+ years of ETL Developer / Data Integration - Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple systems and large datasets.
  • 6+ years of maintain ETL processes using Microsoft technologies including SSIS, SSRS, and Visual Studio to support data integration and reporting needs.
  • 6+ years of Create and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to business users.
  • 6+ years of Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Mandatory:
  • Please make sure relevant experience with Microsoft Databases technical stack is strongly demonstrated.
  • Ensure all development and deliverables comply with healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA) and support audit and compliance requirements.
