About the role

In this role you will play a key role in building and scaling our software, while shaping the future of our product experience. You'll bring deep expertise in building scalable, performant, reliable applications, have experience in modern frontend practices, and a love for collaborating to deliver seamless, high-quality features.

You'll help set best practices for mobile development, influence architectural decisions, and contribute directly with hands-on coding to ship features that delight our users.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain high-quality software
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to translate user needs into elegant, performant experiences
  • Work across the stacks to define and integrate APIs that power innovative features
  • Mentor other engineers by sharing best practices and participating in code reviews
  • Contribute to the implementation of complex projects, from prototype to production
  • Continuously improve our development workflow, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes to make shipping mobile apps easier and faster
  • Proactively share feedback, participate in design/architecture discussions, and help shape how we scale the engineering team
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of engineering experience preferred
  • Passionate about speed, efficiency, availability, system quality and user experience
  • A track record of shipping high-quality products
  • An ability to turn business, and product, ideas into engineering solutions
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
