As a Financial Advisor in our Investor Center, you will be engaging face-to-face with customers, offering guidance and personalized financial planning, while promoting the reach of our firm's brand. Our open architecture product platform and top-notch resources will support you as you build strong relationships with our established clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients by uncovering their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize your FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 licensed or have the ability to obtain these licenses upon hire.
  • Present complex investment strategies to a knowledgeable client base while building trust and rapport.
  • Consider further education support through our Tuition Reimbursement program to obtain your CFP or degree if you do not have one already.

  • Motivated self-starter who exceeds client expectations with innovative solutions and extensive investment knowledge.

What We Offer:

At Fidelity, our greatest asset is our people. We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes a stable base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, responsibilities, and location. Your base salary is just one part of our comprehensive compensation package, which may also include bonuses and additional variable compensation.

We provide a wide range of benefits to support you and your family, including health care coverage, emotional well-being support, generous paid time off, retirement plans, and educational assistance, such as student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement. Most roles at Fidelity are hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in our office, with some exceptions for remote positions.
