Pool and Beach Manager for a Luxury beach front property

Looking for a Pool and Beach Manager to join our team. Oversee the daily operations of our pool and beach ensuring the safety of guests, maintain high standards, and provide excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises Pool and Beach team members to ensure the highest quality of guest service
  • Collaborate with the pool server to provide efficient food and beverage service
  • Maintain pool and beach cleanliness and appearance
  • Supervise and train pool and beach staff
  • Communicate with guests to improve the guest experience
  • Payroll/Scheduling
  • Oversee day to day operations
  • Maintain good relationships with management and owners of other properties

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years with operational experience and oversight
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in any weather condition.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
  • Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Agility in multitasking
  • Ability to make decisions on imperfect information
  • Excellent communication skills
