Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour Job type: Full-time / Part-time Schedule: We match cases to your strengths (days/evenings/nights; some weekends) Location: Clients within ~30 minutes of your home

Overview Join our memory-care-focused team supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias. You’ll provide calm, consistent routines and use validation/redirection techniques to reduce anxiety and enhance safety—1:1 in the home.

Responsibilities

Person-centered routines: grooming, bathing support, dressing, toileting/incontinence care

Mobility and transfer assistance; wandering prevention & safe-home practices

Meal prep, hydration, med reminders, structured activities/cognitive engagement

Care updates through our app; compassionate family communication

Requirements

CNA or HHA (required for personal-care dementia cases)
