Job Description:
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering and DevOps.
  • Proven experience migrating production workloads from AWS to Azure.
  • Expertise with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Terraform/Bicep.
  • Experience with Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, and Geo-Replication.
  • Strong understanding of Azure networking, private endpoints, Traffic Manager, and Front Door.
  • Experience with backend systems for mobile and Smart TV ecosystems, including authentication, telemetry, and streaming.
Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in full stack development using Node.js, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and SQL.
  • Experience designing scalable, distributed, and highly available systems.
  • t least 5 years of Azure experience and 1-2+ years working with AWS.
  • Experience designing and building microservices on Azure (Container Apps, AKS, Container Instances) and AWS (ECS, EKS).
  • Experience with Azure serverless services (API Management, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid).
  • Experience with Azure SQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases including Cosmos DB and Table Storage; AWS DynamoDB/DocumentDB is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD and IaC tools including Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Client templates, GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with monitoring tools including Azure Monitor and AWS CloudWatch.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end cloud migration efforts from AWS to Azure for Smart TV and mobile backend services.
  • Re-architect and modernize cloud platforms to support streaming, telemetry, and personalization workflows.
  • Design and implement scalable microservices across Azure and AWS environments.
  • Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging containerization, serverless, and distributed system patterns.
  • Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity architecture meets enterprise standards.
  • Build infrastructure automation and maintain IaC templates.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across cloud workloads.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams to ensure successful migration and platform stability.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, architectural diagrams, and system design records.
Should Have:
  • Experience with cloud-to-cloud migration strategies (rehost, re-platform, refactor).
  • Understanding of media streaming technologies (HLS, MPEG-DASH, DRM) and CDN optimization.
  • Familiarity with App Center, Fastlane, or Azure Mobile Apps for CI/CD integration.
