We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Support Specialist to join our dynamic Registrar's Office team. This role is essential in managing educational records and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding customer service to students, staff, faculty, and external parties.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Preferred: 2 years of relevant work experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the University’s service level agreements.
- Act as a liaison among administrative offices for student schedule and academic policy inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with FERPA and related regulations.
- Track and review new student records using CampusNexus.
- Participate in administrative meetings and committees as assigned.
- Validate proof of graduation and required enrollment documents for student admissions.
- Develop and input new student schedules into the CampusNexus system, making updates as necessary.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including other Specialist functions as needed.
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
The compensation for this position is determined by qualifications, experience, and individual circumstances. While it is uncommon for new hires to start at the top of the pay range, our hourly pay ranges from $18.32 to $24.79. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
This position includes a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours. Ideally, the successful candidate will be located near one of our current locations, allowing for a potential hybrid work schedule.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Occasional movement within the work location.
- Effective communication abilities to relay information clearly.
- Frequent operation of office and technology equipment including computers, copiers, and audiovisual tools.
- Regular use of verbal and auditory skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Visual inspection and assessment of documents are required.
- Occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.
