Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Des Moines. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and devices. Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability, and performance
- Researching and analyzing data to develop new products and systems
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Testing prototypes and making adjustments as needed
- Evaluating final product's overall performance, reliability, and safety
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in mechanical design and manufacturing processes
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts, principles, and practices
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
