Title: Sr. Business Analyst & Product Owner

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Day 1 Hybrid Schedule - Onsite 2-3 times / week)

Bitwise is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst & Product Owner with 8-10 years of BA+PO development experience.

Please note this position requires onsite presence from the start date. If you are not local to Alpharetta, GA you must be willing to relocate to the local area before start date.

As a Senior Business Analyst & Product Owner, you'll build and release reliable software systems at scale. By partnering with enterprise-wide) teams, you'll develop and maintain solutions that fit business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Be involved in Scrum, Sprint reviews, retrospective meetings, and Sprint planning on a daily basis
  • Keep track of corporate processes and anticipate future needs or problems
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog of products
  • Assess the progress of product development at each iteration
  • Modernize and automate existing systems
  • Transform product managers' strategies into development tasks
  • Provide management and other teams with a plan of action
  • Maintain contact with developers to address questions
  • Collaborate with clients, IT department, and management personnel
  • Assess significant changes while ending a sprint
  • Assist in the coordination of product and development
  • Project management and performance monitoring
  • Learn about the market and customer needs
  • Obtain information from a variety of stakeholders to provide valuable reports
As a Product Owner
  • Act as a primary liaison
  • Analyze current business processes, road map items and devise improvement solutions
  • Identify areas for improvement and put technical solutions in place
As a Business Analyst / Scrum
  • Documentation
  • Follow up and maintain existing docline
  • Understanding of JIRA tool
  • Srint Planning, Grooming and Retro
  • Burndown Chart and other PM activities
Testing
  • Validation of API's and testing scenarios are covered
Technical understanding needed:
  • Hands on experience Oracle
  • Understanding of API and its behaviors
  • Background of JAVA development
  • AWS understanding should be good
