- High school diploma or equivalent (college students and graduates in related fields encouraged).
- Fluency in Bengali/Bangla is required.
- Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Passion for working with children and making a difference.
- Ability to commit to at least 6 months in the role.
- Part-time positions with potential for additional hours.
- Services provided in-home and in community-based settings.
- No prior ABA experience required'full training provided.
