Title: Data Analyst III

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Data Analyst III for a hybrid opportunity. The selected candidate will support the I/S Business Analysis Department in designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and data solutions. This role has a strong consultative, customer-facing development focus, as well as recurring and operational reporting responsibilities that support business decision-making.

Required Qualifications of the Data Analyst III:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or other related field or Degree equivalency: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field plus 2 years of reporting and data analysis experience or 4 years of reporting and data analysis experience
• Minimum of 4 years of research and analysis experience (6 years preferred)
• Strong SQL knowledge, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
• Credit check must be processed during pre-screens
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities of the Data Analyst III:
• Design, develop, and deliver consultative, customer-facing data and reporting solutions aligned with I/S business processes
• Facilitate meetings, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to design and present solutions
• Perform recurring and operational reporting, including ad-hoc requests, automation, and data entry, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
• Review recurring reports annually to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and insights

Work Location:
Hybrid - On-site 3 days per week in Columbia, SC
Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch or 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch (potential for occasional OT as an exception, not standard)
