Join Our Dynamic Team as a Commercial HVAC Systems Specialist

Are you a skilled technician with expertise in chillers, boilers, and rooftop units? If you have a passion for optimizing building comfort and energy efficiency, we want to hear from you We are looking for a dedicated Commercial HVAC Systems Specialist to support a large commercial property by performing crucial maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on HVAC systems and equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical, steam, and chilled water systems for HVAC/R systems, with a focus on precise calibration of instruments and gauges.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and ongoing maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and provide effective solutions for repairs and modifications.
  • Share your knowledge by mentoring team members and contributing to a collaborative environment.
  • Lead by example, embodying our company values and promoting teamwork.
  • Work closely with other teams to positively influence operational and service activities.
  • Leverage your expertise to effectively manage Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment, including units operating at various temperature ranges.

Your Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting heavy loads (50 lbs or more) and performing tasks such as climbing, standing, and walking.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
