Java Support Lead Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and related technologies
  • Build and consume Restful web services, integrate with third-party APIs, and ensure high performance and responsiveness
  • Follow best coding practices, conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure maintainable and efficient code
  • Collaborate within agile teams, participate in sprint planning and stand-ups, and utilize tools like Jira and Jenkins
  • Provide team leadership and maintain good stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts
  • Experience working with databases such as SQL and Oracle
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues effectively
Technical Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and related technologies
  • Proven expertise in developing and maintaining Java-based applications
  • Experience with Restful web services and third-party API integration
  • Familiarity with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior production support experience is an added advantage
  • Experience in release management support
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership and stakeholder communication
