  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of complex financial trades
  • Resolve breaks (reconciliation issues) and failing trades by liaising with traders and global support teams
  • Manage client contact and relationship responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot ad-hoc operational problems in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Bring:

  • REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree (Finance or Accounting strongly preferred)
  • Keen analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently under pressure

Responsibilities

Support Securities Settlements department through various administrative functions, including:

  • Handling the paperwork: Making sure the day-to-day transactions are processed smoothly
  • Fixing problems: Resolving any mistakes or issues that come up when transactions don't settle properly
  • Communicating: Keeping in touch with other departments to make sure everyone is on the same page
  • Helping with improvements: Assisting with ongoing projects to make the department's processes more efficient and less risky
