We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Clinician to become part of our Comprehensive Wellness Center team. At Optum, you will be part of an innovative organization transforming healthcare delivery for better outcomes and experiences.

Your role will focus on providing compassionate, effective, and preventative care for Medicare Advantage patients at our Community Wellness Center. This exciting position involves traveling in a mobile van to deliver essential screenings, tests, vaccinations, and other healthcare services directly to our patients, including some home visits in rural areas. You will operate within a systems-based practice, leveraging resources to deliver optimal care value.

Required Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/Eligible Advanced Practice Clinician.
  • Medical Licensure in New Mexico or capability to obtain before employment.
  • DEA license or ability to obtain prior to starting the job.

The salary range for this position is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. This range is defined as total cash compensation and may vary based on experience and performance metrics. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws.
