Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment by enforcing food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintaining high brand standards and consistency in service.
• Creating a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining team members.
• Coaching team members to enhance sales and improve guest satisfaction.
• Implementing action plans based on guest feedback.
• Managing new product rollouts effectively.

• Performing regular inventory and financial reporting.
• Creating weekly schedules to meet staffing needs.
