Schedule for the Treatment Coordinator:
Monday: 9:30AM-6:00PM
Tuesday: 11:00AM-7:00PM
Wednesday: 7:30AM-3:00PM
Thursday: 9:30AM-6:00PM
Friday: 9:30AM-1:00PM
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Treatment Coordinator:

Dental experience preferred but not required
Manage and oversee patients’ appointments and treatment plans

Convert new patients into active patients and prepare welcome and exit packets
Connect patients with the doctors and establish a relationship

Review and explain treatment plans and fee to patients

Perform follow up calls, texts, emails, and mail for all patients
Actively participate in the External Marketing Committee

Practice marketing promotions to increase patient conversion
Assist in planning a semi–monthly one–on–one lunch with our scheduling coordinators and the treatment coordinators

Take responsibility for the cleanliness of the exam/consultation room

Take responsibility for meeting end of the month production goals
Help Clinical Coordinator organize in–house educational seminars
Purchase all materials used for new patients
Be an active participant in staff meetings and committee meetings
Perform other tasks as assigned by the doctor
Work cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, mutual respect, and cooperation
Monitor Novick Orthodontic email inbox and track patient reports
