Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their client's team in Texas. This role involves developing and executing commercial strategies to drive sales growth across the Latin American region. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee a regional sales team, manage key customer and distributor relationships, and ensure alignment with global business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Identify and expand into new markets while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Lead, motivate, and train a regional sales team of 7 employees to achieve performance goals.
- Foster a high-performance culture through clear goal-setting and continuous feedback.
- Monitor and optimize sales operations to meet revenue and profit margin targets.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with strategic customers and distributors.
- Conduct monthly market analysis and competitive monitoring.
- Provide periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic adjustments.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and commercial policies across the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within industrial tools or related industries.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Monday to Friday, 1st shift

Salary: $80,000 annually (bi-weekly payments)
Work Modality: Hybrid (home office and on-site in San Antonio, TX)
