Senior MECM/Intune Administrator

Description
SAIC is looking for a Senior MECM/Intune Administrator to assist in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise endpoint management using both Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune to join our team in Washington D.C.
- Design, deploy, and manage endpoint environments using both MECM and Intune.
- Configure and manage tools like Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.
- Handle application packaging, software distribution, and patch management for security and updates.
- Develop and enforce security and compliance policies, including Conditional Access and device encryption, in collaboration with security teams.
- Use PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate tasks, deployments, and configurations.
- Provide advanced (L3) technical support to resolve complex issues related to device management.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience.
- Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a federal public trust clearance.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Intune and MECM (SCCM).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, M365 services (like Exchange Online and SharePoint), and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with modern security practices like MFA and Conditional Access.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Experience in system administration or engineering roles, often with a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Experience with cross-platform device management (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) is often required.
