Staffmark is hiring a Closing Assistant to support our real estate closing department. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy customer service, administrative work, and learning new skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

  • Pay: $20-$21/hour for entry-level (higher rates available based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM - no weekends
  • Type: Temp-to-hire with long-term career growth
  • Training provided - no prior real estate experience required
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with New Construction Draws and help manage Closing Files
  • Support the preparation and drafting of real estate closing documents
  • Schedule closings and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Learn the full real estate closing process from start to finish
  • Provide administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth transactions
  • Keep files organized, maintain deadlines, and support team communication
What We're Looking For
  • A friendly, upbeat, and customer-focused personality
  • Strong computer, typing, and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong organizational habits
  • Experience in real estate, mortgage, or title work is a plus - but not required
