Tax Senior Manager - Raleigh, NC (PCS)
Who: An experienced tax professional with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in pass-through entity and corporate taxation.
What: Lead complex tax engagements, oversee compliance, mentor staff, and serve as the primary client contact while identifying tax planning opportunities.
When: Hiring immediately to support continued growth in the regional tax practice.
Where: Raleigh, NC market on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in office).

Position Overview:
The Senior Tax Manager will manage client tax compliance, anticipate tax issues, and provide strategic planning guidance while leading and developing less experienced professionals across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing workflows, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Review complex tax returns for clients in manufacturing, real estate, professional services, and high-net-worth segments.
• Solve tax and business challenges using strong technical and analytical capabilities.
• Lead tax staff, seniors, and managers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional client service and identify forward-looking tax planning opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's preferred.
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• 7+ years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of pass-through entity taxation and general corporate taxation.
• Working knowledge of partnership taxation, including equity investment structures.
