Pay Rate: Starting from USD $15.00/Hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform essential floor care tasks such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of floor care activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
  • Handle all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous floor care experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and supervisors.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policy is required.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Must be able to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
  • Capable of working around food and cleaning products.
  • Follow oral and written instructions diligently.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
