Job Description:
Our client is searching for a of Director- Supply Chain Technology. Are you passionate about change and technology? Do you have experience leading cutting edge technology teams in support of a client's digital transformation journey?

Primary Tasks:
  • Direct activities related to the transformation of Vehicle Supply Chain across both Fleet & Mobility, Client Manufacturing and Client Parts Distribution.
  • Direct activities related to Fleet & Mobility's Vehicle Supply Chain (including vehicle acquisition, license & compliance)
  • Direct activities related to Client Manufacturing and Client Parts Distribution.
  • Establish the technology relationships with third party vendors and suppliers.
  • Introduce and implement both custom developed and implementation of 3rd party commercial products in support of Client's supply chain requirements.
  • Direct process of routine maintenance and upgrade routines to keep the products current and secure. This includes coordinating with infrastructure, information management, and security initiatives.
  • Oversee support efforts for break fixes, service outages, enhancements, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Consult with business leadership on product fit, cost-benefit, and training requirements for new products.
  • Collaborate with Support Infrastructure teams to oversee user support, connectivity, and infrastructure required to run applications optimally
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Relevant Work Experience:
  • 10+ years of IT experience including 5+ years in a management role
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments, and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines
  • Experience in leading dynamic, creative, and innovative solutions
  • Experience in architecting and building scalable cloud base solutions
  • Experience implementing solutions in an agile-based environment
  • Experience with working in complex environment and be able to create simple solutions
  • Build platforms in modern architectures with leading edge technology
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Experience with build/buy decisions

Education and/or Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required, master's preferred
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • Certification(s) in relevant technology related subjects (i.e., cloud development, agile methodology, technology leadership, application development, DevOps, etc.)


The salary range for roles of this nature are $180K to $200K. Salary is heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
