What is TAP Insulation? TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest Control) Insulation is a unique product designed to enhance home insulation while simultaneously preventing pest infestations. As an installer, you'll play a crucial role in helping homeowners create safer, more energy-efficient living spaces.

Your Role: As a TAP Insulation Installer, you'll begin each day in our warehouse, participate in daily training sessions, and then head out to customers' homes to deliver exceptional service. You'll be responsible for installing insulation that not only enhances energy efficiency but also safeguards homes against pests. We take immense pride in our work and strive for excellence every day; the happier our customers are, the more enjoyable our work becomes

Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 or older to apply
  • Valid Driver's (License is a must).
  • Consent to background and motor vehicle record checks.
  • A strong team player who embraces ownership and accountability in every task, big or small.
