Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations for seamless service.
  • Supervise, train, and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Promptly address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist in creating staff schedules and optimizing labor costs.
  • Support inventory management, order supplies, and reduce waste.
  • Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Act as the manager in the absence of the General Manager.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
